Resumen
The present research project is based on the development of an educational intervention in the school Colegio Instituto Técnico Laureano Gómez, located in Bogotá (Colombia), whose objective was to strengthen our teacher training and teachers on campus to deal the phenomenon of school violence due to perceived difficulties regarding coexistence. As a form of intervention, we proposed a methodological application from “the dialectical theory of knowledge" used in popular education. The developing of a search ordered and reflective for make experiences of educational actors is a significant process, investigating its dynamics and realities. The analysis of the results of educational intervention allowed the generation of a teaching unit for teachers, promoting pedagogical didactic and innovative approach to the educational process methodological tools.
