Adaptación de conceptos científicos a la lengua de señas colombiana para la enseñanza de la biodiversidad en la comunidad sorda

Abstract

This project arises from the rapprochement with the students of the Republic of Panama school, who have a hearing disability and their means of communication are the Colombian Sign Language. It shows the objectives achieved during the period covered by the Environmental Social Service program, aimed at giving inclusion to different populations such as the Deaf Community and other students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). It also brings together the teaching methodology of Environmental Education, in different schools in Bogotá that worked on the biodiversity approach in their environmental initiatives as a result of the proposal given by the Botanical Garden, highlighting the study on representative species of Colombia.
