Resumen
This research analyses, from an experiential and reflective perspective, the socioaffective strategies developed by five caregiving mothers in strengthening the well being of children and adolescents. Through a holistic approach, implemented by means of participant observation, semi structured interviews, and workshops, it explores everyday practices that imbued with affection, communication, and emotional presence become pillars of human development. The study highlights the importance of example, coherence, the remeaning of inherited patterns, and the construction of secure bonds within daily life. Furthermore, it shows how self care, emotional awareness, and non violent communication become essential tools to accompany the life processes of sons and daughters in contexts marked by inequalities and social challenges. The research suggests that socioaffective strategies do not emerge from manuals, but from real-life experiences, maternal intuitions, and learnings woven through love, mistakes, listening and transformation.
