Abstract

The present project presents the plan of improvement from the statistical control of the quality for Masterbag S.A.S. Company responsible for designing, manufacturing and selling saddlebags. When diagnosing the company, there are evidences of product failure, which generates nonconformities on the part of the clients, it is intended to carry out a data collection to perform statistical quality control, from which to design an improvement plan that Suppress the defects and thus provide a good service.
