Resumen
This monograph is the result of an investigation carried out with a group of women from the almojabaneras of the Suacha Municipality whose gastronomic activity was recognized as intangible cultural as intangible cultural heritage by the Departmental Assembly of Cundinamarca in 2014 under ordinance 214. Cundinamarca in the year 2014 under ordinance 214. the study of this practice for the teaching of cultural heritage in basic secondary education; a topic that is also important for the training of bachelors and bachelor's degree training of graduates in Social Sciences. Methodologically, extensive fieldwork was used to gather the experience of the women's group women's group. As part of the results of this research, a podcast was produced. The purpose of the podcast is to disseminate the results of this research, as well as the social appropriation of knowledge. This research was carried out within the framework of the Pedagogical Cycle and Systematization of Experiences I, II and III of the Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and is presented to obtain the degree.
