La construcción de ciudadanía del habitante de calle: una labor ética y pedagógica

Abstract

In this project, it is proposed to review the notion of street dwellers, taking references from two moments and development plans in the city of Bogotá from the governments of Gustavo Petro (2012-2015) and Enrique Peñalosa (2016-2019); that, apparently, were shown as exclusive. To compare them with a historical and social review and some audiovisual corpus of homeless people on the perception of their citizenship and reality, and thus propose modes of care in inclusive didactic sequences and in a pedagogical relationship that allow addressing the possibilities of the population in street and the community in general of the city, with emphasis on the population that attends ninth grade of basic education to prevent the street from being seen as housing, although with a base of recognition and respect for the population that lives in it.
