Abstract

AEROENLACE SAS, is an aeronautical maintenance organization certified before Aerocivil. To provide such services, the company has highly qualified and trained personnel, which applies ethical and technical principles to offer a quality service to its stakeholders, however the company does not have a Security Management System and Health at Work, and therefore lacks a methodology that allows it to identify, assess and control the risks existing in each of its activities, as established in Article 2.2.4.6.15, Article 2.2.4.6.23 and Article 2.2.4.6.24 of Decree 1072 of 2015. The need of the organization to know and understand the risks of its activity, justified the development of the project, which through the Risk Assessment Matrix (RAM) tool identified, evaluated and proposed controls in favor of improving the quality of life of workers, the environment and the productivity of the company.
