Resumen
The Integrated Public Transport System (SITP) of Bogotá is an organized and integrated system of public service buses that seek effective coverage of transportation in Bogotá and some surrounding municipalities. To access this system one of the means of payment is the smart card called Tullave.
To use the Tullave card, you must recharge at the points available around the city, among which are the Transmilenio portals and stations, Tullave points in shopping centers and independent stores that provide the service. There are around 4,500 recharging points in Bogota and the surrounding municipalities covered by the SITP, but daily complaints from users increase due to the difficulty of recharging at these points and the absence of alternative recharging methods.
Within this framework, the state of the art of the system of recharges of the SITP is studied with the application of information gathering techniques in the official web pages of the administrative entities of the SITP, the news and the opinions of the users themselves. For the study of NFC technology, a theoretical investigation of all the technical foundations is carried out and a basic physical model of its functioning is designed.
Based on the information collected and the results, the use of the mobile device is proposed as a solution so as not to depend on third parties, with the design of a web application for online recharges, discounting the amount of the user's bank account and transferring it to the Tullave card through NFC technology (Near Field Communication).
This project is carried out so that after its review and academic approval, it can be presented to the company Recaudo Bogotá S.A.S in search of a synergy to constitute all the legal, corporate and economic agreements necessary for the future implementation of the application
