Fortalecimiento de competencias profesionales en educación artística: vinculación en modalidad de pasantía con el área de formación y circulación de la Escuela de Mediación de la Galería Santa Fe

Abstract

This document presents a detailed report about every single stage that accompanied the development of the internship entitled "Strengthening professional skills in artistic education: link in internship modality with the training and circulation of the School of Mediation of the Santa Fe Gallery". Within this, the three fields of action selected by the intern (Training, Cultural Management, and Administrative Technical Assistance) related to her pedagogical, investigative, and creative profile based on the academic program Bachelor Degree in Artistic Education of Francisco José de Caldas District University, to establish as part of the general objective exchange of practices, knowledge, and experiences from dimensions of training and circulation that allow: appropriation and gradual application of Ten-Year Plan for Culture Bogotá D.C. 2012 - 2021 together with public cultural policies that support the winning artistic projects, structuring and research of strategies for mediation in different spaces; and the understanding of technical-administrative processes that arise in the background but no less critical before, during and after cultural management within the District Institute of the Arts (Idartes).
