In Colombia as well as in Latin America, since the 90s, roads have been opening up towards a different education, that attention is paid to diversity based on respect for the fundamental rights of the human being and the recognition of social, economic rights , cultural and environmental that have been enshrined in the Political Constitution of 1991). Attention to diversity with an inclusive perspective requires a transformation of the educational system in which the teacher is one of the key actors, which is why there is a need to pay attention to the training of competent teachers, who can have confidence in their ability professional, in their theoretical and practical knowledge in relation to attention to diversity from an inclusive perspective to respond to the challenges they will have to face in the current school situation; Therefore, it is important to determine how the Faculty of Science and Education of the Francisco José de Caldas District University is assuming the initial formation of professors who will be faced with classrooms in diversity contexts, and specifically the Curricular project of Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry .
