Resumen
Educational contexts are called to promote inclusive environments where respect for diversity and personal growth prevail based on the socio-emotional well-being and learning of students. For this reason, it is proposed to develop a pedagogical project oriented to diversity, in order to contribute to the improvement of educational processes in the Gimnasio Campestre la Cumbre and the Institución Educativa Distrital Campestre Monte Verde, based on the creation of a diagnosis of the forms of violence and their naturalization. Accompanied by a work of potentiation of creative writing aimed at the construction of a script and creation of a video that aims to become a tool to counteract violence and its effects, and recognize the different ways in which it manifests itself.
