Plan de Mejora de la Planta de Producción y Punto de Comercialización Principal de Cafe Semilla S.A.S

Abstract

The following work contains detailed information about the unpaid internship practice presented at the wholesale and retail coffee production and marketing company called CAFÉ SEMILLA SAS, which consists of a duration of 4 months and 3 weeks, in which have the greatest possible success to solve the problems of organization in terms of distribution of the plant. This project is made in order to provide a proposal for improvement to the plant located in the Chapinero neighborhood in the city of Bogotá D.C. The company has a considerable deficiency in its plant, since it has faults in the transport routes inside it, it does not comply with the health control requirements, it also does not have industrial safety signs, the work places do not comply with the ergonomics necessary to ensure the well-being of workers who are part of the company and lighting is inefficient for the highest performance of work activities. With the help of software such as Visio, Solid Edge, among others; integral solutions to the problem of distribution are sought through the modeling of plans that allow analyzing the best possible way to adapt to the plant, so that transport and internal mobility are facilitated.
