Resumen
This project addresses the standardization of quality control in the cutting process for TEC LASER S.A., a renowned company in the manufacturing sector facing an increase in nonconformities, impacting its operational efficiency and costs. The central objective was to design a standardized system that reduces defects, optimizes resources, and strengthens the quality culture, aligned with ISO 9001:2015. Through a comprehensive diagnosis, critical deficiencies in traceability, documentation, technical parameters, and operational practices were identified. The methodology included statistical analysis of nonconformities (Pareto Chart), root cause techniques (5 Whys, Ishikawa), and the design of tools such as protocols, checklists for material input, scheduling, cutting, and warehouse operations, as well as unified nonconformity forms. The proposal integrates the definition of technical parameters by material or thickness, metrology training, monitoring using KPIs (rework rate, failure detection time), and synergy between documentation and operations. The results demonstrate a sustainable framework for continuous improvement, with the potential to significantly reduce nonconformities, increase productivity, and lay the groundwork for ISO 9001 certification.
