Resumen
This project arises from the need to optimize the continuous improvement processes in a consulting company, motivated by the growth in demand for specialized services and the challenge of meeting functional and non-functional requirements and customer expectations. The initial diagnosis shows a lack of efficient integration between internal processes, difficulties in resistance to change and the need for strategic solutions to ensure sustainability. The project acquires relevance by contributing with tools and methodologies for informed decision making, benefiting the company, its clients and other stakeholders. It was approached through a methodology that included: market analysis with surveys to characterize the product, study of supply and demand, definition of the target market, and evaluation of financial viability. Statistical and mathematical methods such as the Net Present Value (NPV), the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and the Uniform Annual Equivalent Cost (UAEC) were implemented under evaluation scenarios for the company. The limitations of the project include the collection of updated information, resistance to organizational change and the need to adapt the proposals to specific contexts. The results obtained show a high economic viability, with an investment recovery period between 1 and 2 years depending on the scenario analyzed, and an increase in the number of employees and a reduction in the number of employees.
