Resumen
At present, the different business groups are facing continuous changes in the different forms of production, product marketing and service provision as a result of changes in the needs and socio-cultural environments. These changes are not only associated with the variability and tastes of consumers, but also with change and innovation in the technology industry, which significantly impacts the way in which consumer trends are addressed and how they should be addressed to ensure being more timely and competitive in the provision of the product offered. These changes must be identified and addressed in a timely manner, ensuring the proper functioning of the different operational areas. In this context, from the study of EPS, entities providing health services in Colombia, a digital ecosystem is proposed which allows an efficient management of the portfolio of technological applications, aligned with the needs of the organization and the best practices in project management and digital transformation. This digital ecosystem design will allow managing the technological portfolio from its identification, selection and evaluation, based on agile methodologies that allow greater flexibility in the development and solution of risks. For this, it is necessary to define and characterize the factors that affect within the digital ecosystems. This includes determining the capacity in IT infrastructure, the suitability factors, and perform a qualitative and quantitative assessment for decision making based on structured information, optimizing the selection process and impact of the process, which will be automated, promoting the development of products and services of organizations from the management of instances within the portfolio. Ensuring the organizational strategic alignment from the technological component, optimizing the use of resources and processes allowing to be replicable in areas or companies which must manage a large amount of information.
