Resumen
This final internship report is the pedagogical and investigative result on the part of the Ministry of National Education since after the COVID (UNESCO, CEPAL, 2020, 2021). In addition to this, the report "The state of Global Learning Poverty; 2022 Update" after a study showed that 70% of children do not understand what they read, i.e., 2 out of 3 children do not have a functional reading. The pandemic exacerbated the challenges and obstacles of education in Colombia, in addition to the psychological and socio-emotional impact on people. Due to this situation, the MEN is taking measures to reduce learning gaps by mobilizing students in their last semesters of undergraduate studies to voluntarily support educational processes in schools and territorial entities. The approach of the "Viva la Escuela" program is based on dialogic learning where equal dialogues are established with all the actors of the school, teachers, directors, administrators, students, parents and community.
