Resumen
The project was developed in the company Ingetec Environmental S.A.S., and arises from the need to identify the risks that may appear, and to present a series of measures through which prevention and mitigation action measures are generated, that is, solutions and recommendations for risk control. For this, the Colombian legal regulations pertinent to the subject studied are taken as a basis, such as: Law 1562 of 2012, Decree 1072 of 2015, Decree 0312 of 2019, Resolution 2400 of 1979 and Resolution 4272 of 2021. Complementing this, a comparative analysis of three risk assessment methodologies was made: the William T. Fine method, the INSHT Binary method and the Simplified NTP 330 method, the advantages and disadvantages of each were analyzed, finally choosing the Simplified NTP 330 method, this methodology being the one that best suited the type and size of the company and also focuses on the results of risks that may cause accidents. Questionnaires were applied to understand the exposure to different safety risks: chemical, mechanical, electrical, work at height, public order and location (order and cleanliness) to which both the operational area (refrigeration technician) and the administrative area (Manager, Operations Director, Account Executive, Report Analyst) are exposed. This evaluation was carried out by applying the Simplified NTP 330 method, generating different levels of deficiency by risk assessed, as well as level of exposure by position, in order to obtain with these a level of probability of occurrence of the risk, interpreting with this the different levels of probability according to the activity carried out by position, subsequently the level of related consequence is evaluated and in this way obtain the level of risk and determine if these are acceptable or not. Finally, issuing some intervention measures and recommendations.
