Abstract

Realizing the delimitation of the rounds of rio is a quite complex task. Even in the country there are quite a few areas of this type that are not delimited. In view of the fact that it is becoming more and more important to have clarity in this regard, the present work seeks to expose 3 different points of view on how to valuate them, emphasizing the methodology of the weighting factor of use, since in the opinion of many experts it is a technique that allows find reasonable and real values.
