For organizations human talent is essential because with them the recognition and corporate stability is sought , it is important to clarify that for this to happen the staff should be motivated , committed and supported to fulfill the mission and the corporate vision ; with this study is to show that factors through human development are necessary to create a sense of belonging , welfare and reduce staff turnover .
The following study aimed to analyze human development from the sense of belonging and staff turnover vigilante SERACIS Company Limited . a sample of 20 people of male gender was used for this study a survey of 10 questions enunciated everyday situations in their workday was done and likewise providing improvements in their quality of work and personal life .
