Resumen
This monograph presents research on the management of frustration in early childhood, approached from a pedagogy mediated by physicality. Using a qualitative approach, pedagogical experiences were designed based on symbolic play, artistic creation, and movement, allowing us to observe how children express, regulate, and transform their emotions through their bodies. Analysis of the information identified three emerging categories: sensitivity, enjoyment, and emotional connection; play as a setting for bonding; and imagination as a path for subjective exploration. The findings show that the body is a powerful means of channeling emotions, strengthening self-esteem, building bonds, and promoting emotional well-being, reaffirming the importance of integrating sensitive, creative educational approaches focused on the child's experience.
