Propuesta de Optimización del Proceso de Preparación y Venta de Palomitas de Maíz en Cine Colombia S.A.

Abstract

In the film distribution market there are incomes which are not directly related with film distribution; even, these are the ones that generate the most income for companies in this market. To be able to generate greater profits it is neccessary to focus on the income related to the confectionery area of the cinemas. In this respect, this work investigated the reasons why income can be increased from the point of view of time and methods that are required to serve quickly and eficiently to the clients; analizing both the internal and external environment of the company, alternatives are sought for taking costumer orders and workspace available for employees. An investment wich represents not only the obtained income by improvements but also the recovery of the income that, unconsciously, was being lost in the company was made.
