Diseño de un prototipo de inteligencia de negocios para la verificación de incentivos del sector educación en Colombia – caso prosperidad social

Abstract

Currently, the process indicators of verifying compliance on the incentives to be settled in education, input data for decision-making at the managerial level of the Administrative Department of Social Prosperity, take long intervals of time and reprocesses. This generates the need to implement a business intelligence model, like a key tool to consolidate, describe, visualize and analyze the depth of the data behavior of the process of verifying compliance in education for the delivery of incentives. For the performance of the model, the Kimball metodology will be used, like strategic design planning and generate work deliveries in a short time. The different repositories and databases specialized in Business Intelligence will be used for the research process. Microsoft technologies will be used to design the database, analysis and visualization. It is expected to obtain the indicators in a graphic way, to identify the analysis on the behavior of the attendance compliments, the different Educational Institutions of the country of Children and adolescents during the payment periods, according to their geographical location.
