Propuesta de mejora en la gestión del riesgo para el cargo de analista de evaluación del grupo cuerpo técnico de analisis de riesgo de la unidad nacional de protección

Abstract

The present proposal aims primarily to strengthen risk management in the performance of the position of Evaluation Analyst of the Technical Body of Risk Analysis Group (CTAR) of the National Protection Unit (UNP). Through a detailed diagnosis of current processes, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities affecting the effectiveness and safety in case analysis are identified. Strategies are proposed to optimize the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of operational, institutional, and personal risks, considering the highly sensitive and responsible context of this role. The proposal includes the verification of technical tools, specific training, and updated protocols, through a diagnosis, the development of a risk matrix, and a proposed action plan, in order to improve decision-making, reduce exposure to threats, and ensure a more efficient and safe management of the protection of leaders.
