Sistema de gestión de las operaciones para Petos Arepas E.U.

Abstract

This project stems from the need to make decisions based on the company historical data, for this reason, a diagnosis of the current management of information from Petos Arepas E.U operations was created, where it was identified that there is a constant information flow in the purchasing, production, sales and finance departments, which was not being fully documented or was in a semi-structured way, preventing its tabulation and interpretation. Subsequently, an operations management system that compiles the information generated by its departments was designed and its functionality was verified through a pilot test, obtaining structured data that can be interpreted graphically through a dashboard, also it was identified which were the key performance indicators (KPI`s) in the company and alerts were created to monitor and control the system.
