Resumen
This feasibility study focused on the creation of an ice cream shop specializing in handmade mochi in Bogotá, D.C. With a five-year horizon, market research, competitive analysis, and a thorough technical and organizational study were conducted. It was concluded that the project has a high potential in a constantly evolving ice cream market. By offering a unique proposal, combining the Japanese preparation "mochi" with innovative ingredients and presentations, the goal is not only to satisfy the demand for unusual products in the city, also to support local entrepreneurship and enrich the consumer experience with the construction of a distinctive identity, taken to every detail of the business. This innovative approach and a solid feasibility evaluation, support the viability and potential for success of the business over time.
