Resumen
The purpose is to determine the significant differences in the level of development of projection motor skills (throwing, catching, hitting and kicking); when two groups interact in learning environments, one of them mediated by technology through active video games and the other through the traditional practice of Physical Education. A methodological and didactic implementation design is elaborated. The study used a mixed research approach. The sample consisted of 60 fifth grade students from Colegio Cafam in Bogotá. For the evaluation, the TGMD Test and the List of mobile handling task scales were used. The results showed that there are significant differences between both groups, with a better motor development being observed in the students of the traditional physical education group, however, in the throwing ability, the active video game group showed better development.
