Resumen
The real estate management responsible for the registration of the property advances the updating of the records and a census of real estate or rural and urban land is being executed in the following municipalities Fomeque, Guasca, Junín, La Calera, Sopo, Tocancipá, Zipaquirá and Soacha It has been created to create a property GIS where all the records belonging to the rural properties will be stored, because it has versatility and handling, storage and conservation. In addition, an analysis can be made with the information, as well as another component of the GIS that presents a connection easy databases, and other GIS. The collection of information from different sources is shown in different formats such as physical and digital, stories such as cartographic maps, legal documentation of the former, purchase records, accounting records among others, legal and geographic information was extracted from the tax and digital documents as in the cartographic plans as well as the documents obtained. In the first stage, the existence of the data in the database provided by the notarial superintendence and registers is verified. For this, the real estate registrations of the documents were needed and they were obtained from both physical and digital documents, then a comparison was made to find correspondences or dissimilarities in the information, if the property appeared in the registry and as holder or owner was registered to the EAB-ESP it was considered fully legal existence, as follows procedure to search for available information to find the location of said property, these were verified to have certain norms in terms of coordinate systems, that there are coordinate systems to make a correspondence with the properties because their continuity and neighborhood are consistent with the records.
