Propuesta de un método sistemático para permitir la transición del ERP Factory a SAP, a través de un estudio de tiempos aplicado en la sala de corte de la compañía Dugotex S.A.

Abstract

Dugotex S.A., like many companies, has faced the challenge of efficiently managing its information. Recognizing the limitations of its current ERP system, Factory, the company has decided to migrate to SAP to improve its productivity, make more informed decisions, and thus achieve greater profitability in the medium and long term. However, during this transition, a significant gap was identified in the information related to production times in the cutting room. To address this deficiency, a project is proposed that, through a detailed time study, establishes a systematic method for calculating and recording these times in SAP. This approach not only allows for a successful migration to SAP but also improves the accuracy and efficiency of production processes in the cutting room, providing a solid foundation for strategic decision-making and efficient resource management.
