Resumen
One of the key criteria to guarantee the Flavour Industry growth consists in doing the better selection of products to attend the Foods Company requirements; however, it is untenable to have in the scope all the products created in the company. This work consists in the development of a spreadsheet tool that processes automated reports in real time to identify improvements in the maintenance of flavors within de “key lists”, avoiding manual work and setting candidate products to be included of excluded from those lists. The tool, called “Dandelion”, was evaluated and approved in the different Latin American subregions according to its objective, functionality, ease of use, clarity in training material, and, KPIs information and design, it can also be used globally.
