Human rights must guarantee the minimum of happiness or satisfaction to achieve a dignified life for people and can never be violated or prohibited. However, in everyday life there are disagreements. Given this aspect, a debate awakens against the duty of human rights, or, their way of guaranteeing the dignity of individuals: positivism and naturalism. But are natural law and positivism sufficient to guarantee the promotion and experience of rights? For this reason, this work has been developed at the Charry I.E.D. school, in the ninth grade. The intention of this project is to investigate what are the positions that students have regarding cases of human rights violations and what is their reaction to these events.

Los derechos humanos, deben garantizar los mínimos de felicidad o satisfacción para lograr una vida digna de las personas y nunca pueden ser vulnerados o prohibidos. No obstante, en la vida cotidiana se presentan inconformidades. Ante este aspecto, despierta un debate frente al deber ser de los DD.HH, o, su forma de garantizar la dignidad de los individuos: el iuspositivismo y el iusnaturalismo. Pero ¿son suficientes el iusnaturalismo y el iuspositivismo para garantizar la promoción y vivencia de los derechos? Por ello, se ha gestado este trabajo en el colegio Charry I.E.D., en el grado noveno. La intención de este proyecto es indagar cuáles son las posturas que tienen los estudiantes frente a los casos de vulneración de derechos humanos y cuál es su reacción frente a estos hechos.
