Resumen
The central purpose of this research is to analyze teacher well-being from the perspective of school leadership management, understood as a strategic and decisive field in institutional development. Based on a case study that involved an investigative process and data collection, the study explored key variables such as school climate, human talent, school effectiveness, and educational management. These elements were examined to understand their impact on the working conditions of the teaching staff and to formulate a series of proposals aimed at strengthening teacher well-being within educational institutions. This approach allows for a deeper understanding of the school as a complex system in which various areas of knowledge converge—each essential to the governance and functioning of educational environments. In this context, school leadership was addressed not merely as an administrative function, but as a field of knowledge and research that integrates leadership, competencies, and professional development through a critical lens. This perspective enables a more nuanced comprehension of the institutional and societal conditions that shape educational practice.
