Abstract

The internship process is a graduation modality approved by the Francisco José de Caldas District University, in which two entities make an agreement to exchange work and knowledge. In this case, the interns of the Bachelor’s Degree in Artistic Education are called upon to assist the two public entities in charge of organizing this festival. These entities are the District Secretariat of Education (SED) and the Secretariat of Culture, Recreation, and Sports (SCRD) within the framework of the Second School Arts Festival, acting as observers of the showcases and assisting with setup when required. This festival gathers children and young students from both public and private schools across the 20 localities of Bogotá.

Throughout this process, learnings and reflections were obtained from the experiences during the accompaniment of this festival. This is supported by the collection and systematization of the showcases presented by the participating schools.
