| dc.description | Desarrollar un análisis de predial que permitirá identificar la distribución y cuantía en la localidad del PH, NPH y como se desengloba su normativa, estudiando la determinación de zonas homogéneas físicas, lo que estará acompañado de un estudio de mercado, el cual se llevara a cabo con un análisis de ofertas de venta, para poder estimar el valor por metro cuadrado de la construcción y el valor por metro cuadrado de terreno, con lo que se generan zonas homogéneas económicas y zonas homogéneas geoeconómicas, y lo que lleva al principal objetivo de este estudio, que es hacer un análisis de esta información en dos puntos comparativos de tiempo, los cuales son el año 2013 y el año 2017, y lo que nos permitirá observar las dinámicas territoriales de la localidad de Suba. | spa |
