Abstract

Develop a predial analysis that will allow to identify the distribution and amount in the locality of the PH, NPH and how its regulations are unraveled, studying the determination of physical homogeneous zones, which will be accompanied by a market study, which will be carried out with an analysis of sales offers, to be able to estimate the value per square meter of the construction and the value per square meter of land, which generates homogeneous economic zones and geoeconomic homogeneous zones, and what leads to the main objective of this study, which is to make an analysis of this information in two comparative points of time, which are the year 2013 and the year 2017, and which will allow us to observe the territorial dynamics of the town of Suba.
