Resumen
This research was developed with indigenous families of the municipality of Natagaima, south of Tolima, with the aim of characterizing the productive model implemented in the family agroecological productive yards, knowing its influence on the Pijao indigenous economy and on the recovery of its cultural and territorial identity, taking into account the environmental, social, economic and cultural problems present in the territory and from the analysis, from the information obtained, proposals for improvement were formulated. In order to achieve the proposal, visits, surveys, interviews and dialogues were carried out with the families participating in the project, which allowed to describe the productive process and the practices implemented in the family productive yards, likewise, the different problems presented in the production systems and in the territory were identified. The DOFA methodology was used, which based on the results of the surveys and interviews defined the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats present in the productive yards to generate strategies that gave way to formulate three projects to give alternative solutions from the technical and environmental cultural point of view, which were named as follows: Family agroecological courtyards as meeting points for the conservation of the Pijao indigenous cultural identity; 2: Technical assistance to boost productivity in family agroecological yards and 3: Incorporation of agroecological products into the local market, with which it is intended to strengthen the cultural identity, productivity and indigenous family economy.
