Resumen
Design, automation, programming and implementation of a virtual application for the management of requests created by customers in the Jira Service Management portal for the comprehensive management of the technical services of WideTech, a company dedicated to the development of vehicle fleet and fixed asset management software in Peru.They currently do not have a definition of charge functions or a workflow standard with service control indicators for qualification and system tracking. Workflows are proposed with time improvements, optimization of both personnel and functions that do not add value to the quality of customer service, and an organizational chart of work with assigned responsibilities is structured.Creation of an application for inventory management and monitoring and definition of response time indicators in customer requests.
