Resumen
A strategic plan for Eventos & Marketing is developed, a company in the services sector, which has worked empirically from its constitution to the present. In this Strategic Plan will show the external and internal aspects of the company that affect it directly and indirectly. To understand each aspect, we worked on models and methods which are based on the resources and capacities with which it has to distinguish itself and stay in the market. With all the aspects identified, the strategic orientation and the formulation of the plan in the company will be determined. In this work you will find multiple tools seen throughout the race, some of them are: the model of the 5 forces of M. Porter, Canvas model, value chain, synthesis of matrices, control indicators, among others. All this in order to find useful information to generate studies and proposals that provide solutions to the problems found within the company.
