Evaluación Funcionamiento Nuevo Sistema De Información De Subsidios De Energía y Gas - SISEG Para La Recolección De Documentos Y Asignación De Recursos Referentes A Subsidios De Energía Eléctrica Y Gas Combustible.

Abstract

During the internship the evaluation and testing of the new Energy and Gas Subsidies Information System application- SISEG acquired by the Ministry of Mines and Energy was carried out, which aims to optimize the process of allocation, distribution, verification and monitoring of resources collected and destined to subsidize the electric power consumption of the users of lower economic resources through the funds FOES (Social Energy Fund) and FSSRI (Solidarity Fund for Subsidies and Income Redistribution). The normativity and the procedures that each fund currently manages were characterized in order to realize the recognition of the application, to have a reference in each subprocess of this. With the execution of the tests incidents were created within a format established by the contractor in charge of the development of the application in which the errors and recommendations to said contractor were communicated one by one, who respecting the guarantee period through which the SISEG passes. must guarantee the relevant solution; with each incident, the respective solution or solution suggestion proposed by us was notified in conjunction with the specialized professionals of the Subsidies group of the Electric Power Directorate of the Ministry. Observing the great advantages that the SISEG can offer, managing to separate many activities of the human personnel, a proposal was proposed to the Electric Power Direction with the objective of optimizing with the help of the SISEG one of the most important subprocesses of the procedure which refers to the reports made by the Network Operators to the Ministry and thus achieve a definitive implementation of the application, notably streamlining the process of allocation, distribution, verification and monitoring of the resources collected and destined to subsidize the electric power consumption of the users of the lowest economic resources .
