Informe final de pasantía: acompañamiento de procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en el marco del convenio 1082 de 2023 suscrito entre la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas y la Unidad Nacional de Protección

Abstract

Within the framework of inter-administrative agreement No. 1082 of 2023, signed between the National Protection Unit (UNP) and the Francisco José de Caldas District University, a collaboration process was carried out with the objective of interpreting the information from the officials of the UNP to generate a teaching-learning process that adapts to the interests and needs of the community of UNP workers. Throughout several meetings between the teams of both institutions, two fundamental needs were identified: analyze the existing data on UNP personnel and collect additional information that allows developing an educational proposal adapted to their requirements. For the analysis of the information, descriptive and inferential analysis was used, which allowed the construction of a pedagogical proposal from andragogical education and the social analysis of the approach of UNP officials to ICT, which resulted in the delivery of two virtual courses.
