Comunicagym: entrenamiento de la escucha

Abstract

Comunicagym is an audiovisual educational proposal designed to strengthen communication in the workplace. The project focuses on creating a learning tool available anytime and anywhere, enabling team members at Pointer Instrument Services SAS to critically examine and reflect on the act of listening. The proposal was developed based on the TPACK model, integrating content knowledge (communication and philosophy of language), pedagogical knowledge (Educommunication and e-learning strategies), and technological knowledge (use of design and editing applications). The document goes on to detail the stages of video podcast production, the importance of involving students in the creation process of the tool, and the challenges teachers face when implementing teaching and learning methodologies mediated by information and communication technologies.
