Estudio de E-Commerse Aplicado al Suministro de Productos Farmacéuticos en las EPS Prestadoras de Servicio del Régimen Contributivo en la Localidad de Engativá

Abstract

The current health system in Colombia and more precisely the delivery of medicines to patients of the EPS is a task that sometimes becomes delayed and inefficient, because people must necessarily move to pharmacies and make lines to claim their medicines, therefore, the need arose to find another, more efficient way to carry out this process. The objective of this work is to determine the feasibility of an e- commerce system that allows managing the delivery of medicines anywhere through an internet transaction. In order to carry out this project, the market study, the technical study, the financial study, the legal study and the environment were carried out. Which allowed the identification, formulation and evaluation of the project, based on the logical framework system and the PMI (Project Management Institute) standards, in such a way that a good level project and the generation of a proposal of quality for the clients who will be initially the people affiliated to the contributive health regime in the locality of Engativá of the Bogotá city. The different studies showed the feasibility of presenting a new e-commerce transactional platform in Bogotá, as people adapt and lean more quickly to advances in information technology and therefore are more likely to accept new business trends that save you time and money.
