Resumen
This report presents the internship carried out at Jonathan Swift School (Bogotá, Colombia) between May and August 2024, whose objective was to design and implement a course on the relationship between nature and culture for sixth, seventh, and eighth-grade students. The course was based on the analysis of myths from various cultures (Egyptian, Japanese, and Muisca) to contrast ancestral views of nature with contemporary relationships, influenced by the capitalist production model. Through pedagogical activities such as dialogues of knowledge, film screenings, song analysis, and critical reflections, the aim was to raise awareness about current environmental issues and promote the construction of utopias and alternatives for a more harmonious relationship with the environment. The course addressed topics such as the culture-nature relationship, the impact of consumerism, and the construction of utopias. The evaluation included reflective exercises and a written test, revealing emotions such as sadness, anger, and hope in the students, as well as a heightened critical awareness of their role in environmental transformation
