Another line of business and for which the firm has extensive experience, is the participation in public bidding processes related to lines of drinking water, basic sanitation and knowledge management, calls published on the SECOP I and II portals, these processes they require dynamic and effective management by their collaborators in order to be awarded the relevant contracts for their commercial activities. It is in this last line, in which my role as a Sanitary Engineering intern is taught as an Engineering Assistant within the company, by giving adequate follow-up to the bidding processes associated with the water resource line, verifying compliance with the requirements demanded in the contract specifications such as the economic, legal and technical requirements of the proposals; this through the matrix of bidding processes, a useful tool for verifying the viability of any of the processes. In turn, taking into account the market study prior to the preparation of the economic offer to be presented, which is adapted to the offer of laboratory analysis in the matrices of drinking water, wastewater, sediments and hazardous waste. As a final product, after having worked in this area of bidding review, feasibility, development and monitoring, I propose the development of a database consisting of broader criteria for evaluating a bidding process, with the intention of being able to be implemented in in the near future, as the basis for data analysis software, which provides agility in the bidding review process with precise filters, which lead to a quick definition of feasibility or non-feasibility, and therefore its preparation according to how be indicated. The proposed database focuses on classifying the mandatory requirements demanded by public and private entities in the selection processes disclosed through the SECOP 1, SECOP 2 platforms and in the entities' own platforms; in which they indicate the request for the provision of services or advice. With the intention of achieving effectiveness and precision, the database is oriented to the analysis and filtering of bidding processes that request maintenance services for drinking water and wastewater treatment systems, being one of the priority services requested in the resource area hydric.
