Tecnificación del Proceso de Secado y Empaque del Frijol en el Municipio de San Juanito – Meta

Abstract

In the development of the degree project "Technification of the bean drying and packaging process in the municipality of San Juanito - Meta" we analyze the current situation that the community is facing and the problems in the bean production, which makes it practically unsustainable profitability in productive projects. Likewise, our project focused on analyzing the industrial processes of grain management that exist in the country and adapting them for the existing production process in the region in order to design a plant that can process 650 tons / month and that has everything the process from the reception of the product, selection, drying, storage, packaging, baling, stowing and product dispatch; giving added value to the final product thus improving the income of more than 100 families.
