Digitalización de procesos administrativos en el área de pilates del Club El Nogal

Abstract

The internship was conducted in the Sports Department of Club El Nogal, specifically in the Pilates service, with the goal of strengthening administrative processes through the implementation of digital tools. Based on the assessment, the main problem identified was the lack of digitalized and standardized administrative processes, which affected operational efficiency, information traceability, and user satisfaction. The intervention consisted of integrating the service into the institutional SEVEN ERP system and implementing the use of digital tools, which strengthened transparency, user trust, and the service's image. Furthermore, it was proven that administrative digitalization and standardization not only reduce economic losses but also improve the use of resources and boost the service's long-term sustainability.
