dc.descriptionEsta monografía realiza un recuento histórico de la evolución de la evolución de la gestión comercial de diferentes organizaciones y referencia como marco teórico la teoría general de sistemas para finalmente desarrollar un modelo de omnicanalidad aplicable a pequeñas y medianas empresas en Colombia. El modelo incluye el análisis de factibilidad y aspectos relevantes para el uso e implementación de elementos como CRM, canales digitales, redes sociales, chatbot e inteligencia artificial para el logro de objetivos de estrategias comerciales.
dc.description.abstractThis monograph provides a historical account of the evolution of commercial management in different organizations and uses general systems theory as a theoretical framework to ultimately develop an omnichannel model applicable to small and medium-sized businesses in Colombia. The model includes a feasibility analysis and relevant aspects for the use and implementation of elements such as CRM, digital channels, social media, chatbots, and artificial intelligence to achieve commercial strategy objectives.
