| dc.description | Esta monografía realiza un recuento histórico de la evolución de la evolución de la gestión comercial de diferentes organizaciones y referencia como marco teórico la teoría general de sistemas para finalmente desarrollar un modelo de omnicanalidad aplicable a pequeñas y medianas empresas en Colombia. El modelo incluye el análisis de factibilidad y aspectos relevantes para el uso e implementación de elementos como CRM, canales digitales, redes sociales, chatbot e inteligencia artificial para el logro de objetivos de estrategias comerciales. | |
