Plan para el aumento de la productividad en DHL S.A. para el cliente Medtronic S.A. mediante el Uso de SAP

Abstract

The present work of degree, is a research that deals with the analysis of the main problems that affect the performance of the processes of DHL S.A. in the current logistics for the customer Medtronic S.A. in the Intexzona industrial park in the municipality of Funza, for this a diagnosis was made in the main processes of income, shipments and returns, with which problems were found in the implementation of SAP, as a result of the migration made of the system of Navision information to SAP in order to improve response times, information integrity and improve service levels, later, with the analysis carried out, a plan is elaborated through a technology acceptance model to evaluate the skills of the personnel in front of the system, which provides information to determine the necessary tools to increase the productivity of DHL S.A. for the Medtronic client with the correct use of the SAP.
