Desarrollo del sistema de gestión de calidad para MC marticueros EU bajo la norma ISO 9001 2015

Abstract

This degree project presents the development of a quality management system at MC Marticueros EU under the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, the purpose of which is to increase commercial agreements and reinforce relationships with current clients. Initially, a diagnosis was made of all the production, administrative, support and management processes in the company, which allowed having a more horizontal vision of what the company needs to carry out the implementation, standardization and evaluation of the system of quality management. With this diagnosis, the scope that it will have to apply to the first certification was established. With the analysis, theory and research work that was carried out, the initial implementation proposal is obtained with the complete documentation of all MC MARTICUEROS EU processes. In the last instance, an analysis of the cost VS the benefit that is had when carrying out a possible implementation and their respective suggestions was carried out.
