Resumen
The present work is the result of an investigative process on the teaching of visual arts in the ninth grade of basic secondary school at the Colegio IED María Cano, whose purpose was to learn and develop a didactic proposal for teaching the arts visuals, linking new technologies as a tool to generate interest and greater understanding by students. In order to address the process in detail, a panoramic description of the topics is made. of importance for this research such as secondary education, the teaching of visual arts, the characteristics of people between 13 and 16 years of age, artistic education in Colombia, among others that help guide and define our research and proposal, accompanied by a brief description of the Educational Institution, its emphasis and project pedagogical that are of great support for the development of the didactic proposal that always was subject to change during the application process of the workshops. The application of each of the contents of the workshop and how it was developed is also described. in the Visual Arts emphasis sessions for ninth grade, along with photos of the exercises elaborated by the students as a result of the session. Considering a log individually that each student carried out, capturing in it in a visual way the themes, learning and exercises, developed throughout the application of the didactic proposal. Finally, in the conclusions we can say that it was a very enriching process for us in our teaching work, we learned a lot from the students and above all it was a work done with love for the teaching of art. Among the teaching topics we can find: basic and fundamental elements of image, point, line and plane, abstraction of the image, laws of composition and analysis of the image, color theory, digital image, pixel, animation, gif and Stop Motion.
