Resumen
The progress of the construction of the subway in Bogotá D.C., aims to provide the citizens with an arterial transportation of vital importance, seeking to alleviate the mobility of the cities, and helping to reflect a cost-benefit ratio of 1.79 (Vargas et al., 2021). To this end, the construction of its first lines in the city has been carried out, taking into account strategic locations, which seek to cover the need for the displacement of the citizens of the capital. In this process, different changes have been made in terms of socioeconomic, environmental and social impact. For this purpose, through the travel cost methodology and with the help of software tools such as Crystal Ball, the changes in the value of the square meter in residential and commercial areas in subway lines 4, 5 and 6 are observed, where an analysis and evaluation of the impact on the areas is made.
